(A)JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Business Analyst with 8 – 10 years of experience who can independently steer projects from requirement gathering to delivery. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical understanding, business acumen, and the ability to confidently communicate with Senior Management and key stakeholders. This role requires ownership, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Project Ownership

• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle – from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Steer cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively.
