Business Analyst

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to focus on improving the data that will be migrated to Workday and plugging in any gaps that we have. This will be done in Workday then run as a report to content owners to review.

Responsibilities include:

• Provides support in loading learning files to Workday OneDrive
• Generate course descriptions by utilizing an AI too,l leveraging course transcripts with light touch reviews also required
• Recommend and implement course title updates to ensure alignment with the new governance model
• Map existing courses to the new Topics structure to support improved content organization and discoverability
• Manage the review process and secure formal sign-off from designated Content Owners
• Maintain and share a progress tracker to ensure project team are aware of progress, challenges and mitigation required to ensure the work meets project timelines
