To lead the Business Analysis function, ensuring effective translation of business needs into technology solutions. The role oversees requirements management, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to support enterprise systems, digital transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives. This role ensures business value realization through proper requirement gathering, documentation, and validation across IT, business and operation teams.
Qualification & Experience
- 7-8+ years IT experience in full stack software development, business analysis and project management
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Information Technology / Computer Science / MIS
- CBAP / CCBA
- Agile certification (CSPO / CSM / ICP-BAF)
- ITIL Foundation (nice to have)
