Business Analyst I – Operations
This role is within CG’s Nogales Engineering group. A successful incumbent is expected to: (i) Analyze data and prepare information for Sr. Plant Management report-outs (ii) Lead continuous improvement projects for transactional areas (iii) Coordinate smart factory efforts towards data processing optimization and automation. Requires 1 Year of relevant work experience and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree Operations metrics/data analysis from MDI process, in order to: organize, consolidate, and prepare reports for Sr. Plant Management. Participate on digitization efforts to automate reports, create databases for information consolidation, as well as optimize data and reports generation (via power tools and or MII). Participate in process improvement projects for transactional processes using Lean methodologies.
