About the Role
Working with HR and Finance teams to understand their needs and processes and translating those needs into technical requirements.
- Overseeing the implementation of solutions in the HRIS and Finance ERP system.
- Preparation of BRDs with As-Is understanding and then suggesting To-Be processes pertaining to HRIS and Finance ERP.
- Analyzing HRIS and Finance ERP performance metrics and ensuring they are stored in an accessible location.
- Defining and maintaining system security and access based on roles.
- Designing and leading user acceptance testing
- Providing risk analysis and diagnosing application-related problems
