Business Analyst

About the Role

Location: Emo, Ontario (remote with travel to site as required).
Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off followed by 4 days on / 3 days off.
Reporting to: FP&A Superintendent.

Position Objective

The Business Analyst supports the financial planning cycle, month‑end and quarter‑end processes, and provides accurate, timely reporting and data‑based analyses to support site management decision‑making. The role focuses on cost control, optimization, and continuous improvement within the finance team.

• Review and input financial planning and forecasting details.
• Validate inputs and collaborate with department heads to develop quality budget and forecast plans.
