What You’ll Be Working On:
️ Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to define project scope and objectives
️ Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and translating them into technical specifications
️ Conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities
️ Supporting project teams in the development and testing of business solutions
️ Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
️ Ensuring project deliverables align with business goals and user needs
️ Continuously monitoring and evaluating business processes for ongoing improvements and optimizations

What We’re Looking For:
️ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role, preferably in IT or project management
️ Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation
