About the Role

IT Program Manager / Business Analyst

We're hiring an experienced ERP Program Manager or Business Analyst to take ownership of full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects and change requests from initial planning through go-live and post-launch support. This is a hands-on role working across multiple business functions to align system capabilities with operational needs. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Lead end-to-end ERP initiatives and system enhancements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O 
Collaborate with teams across departments: finance, warehousing, logistics, HR to gather, assess, and document business requirements 
Translate operational needs into clear functional specifications based on D365 F&O functionalities 
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver solutions on time and within budget
