Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Create process models, data flow diagrams, and other documentation to support analysis.
• Work closely with IT and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Present findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support project planning and monitor project performance, risks, and issues.
