About the Role

The opportunity
Professionals with expertise and prior work experience in Financial Services. Business analysts facilitate constant business process improvement by regular investigation, analysis, review and documentation specific areas of a business in terms of its functions and processes. 
Your key responsibilities
Work as a team member or team lead in banking projects.

Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives as needed.

Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reports to the lead and manager.

Be ready to travel to customer locations as required.

Build a quality work culture and manage performance for direct reports.

Foster teamwork and lead by example.

Train and mentor project resources.

Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
