About the Role
Overview and Purpose of Role:
- Bridging the gap between customer and developer
- Provide advice and consultation to customer to enhance their business processes
- Assist in managing the project progress
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in system requirement gathering
- Perform configurations based on user requirements
- Carry out testing based on test scenarios
- Produce quality documents related to projects, i.e. functional requirements document, technical specifications, training materials.
- Conduct training to internal team or to customers
- Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science and related discipline is required
