- Rate: Up to $943 per day + super

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major NSW Government project team delivering enhancements to a large-scale contact centre platform. This is a long-term contract opportunity working within a collaborative team of Business Analysts, Project Managers, and delivery leads.
This role will suit a technically minded BA with strong experience across contact centre technologies, ideally NICE CXOne, who enjoys working across both business and technical stakeholders.
