About the Role
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Monitoring (TM) Analyst with strong expertise in wholesale banking environments .
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of TM rule frameworks, regulatory requirements across multiple geographies, and strong data analysis capabilities. This role involves close collaboration with regional stakeholders, including TM Heads and MLROs across various jurisdictions.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Transaction Monitoring
- Experience within Wholesale Banking (preferred)
- Deep understanding of:
- TM rule logic
- Rule calibration & tuning
- False positive optimization
- Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks across:
