Bus Process Delivery Associate

Job Summary:
As a Business Process Delivery Associate, you are expected to –

1. Support the Invoicing Senior Analyst and Team Lead in enabling junior resources to support daily operational tasks, provide necessary back-up support, and implement relevant leadership instructions and process changes.

2. Effectively work with vendors and/or finance stakeholders to deliver the following Invoicing services within SLA.

3. Invoice validation

4. PO/SOW creation and monitoring
5. Manual payment processing
6. Accruals and reclass

7. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting Updates

8. Resolve email queries/requests and ServiceNow tickets related to the Invoicing process.

9. Ensure that vendor invoice data/information are processed accurately to avoid rework and impact to service performance metrics.
