Your responsibilities will include:Developing and running forecasting models to predict workforce needs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and secure approvals.
Presenting insights and conducting business reviews with senior leadership.
Building dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll need to succeedStrong technical skills in time series forecasting, SQL, Python, and
Excel.Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
