Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Analyze performance metrics and trends

Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years experience in reporting or analytics BPO preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills
