About the Role
District Building Systems Managers act as a subject matter expert responsible for all district projects and pursuits related to managing the building systems team and/or department for varying project types. Manages project teams for all building systems activities in dealings with owners, architects, design consultants, authorities having jurisdictions, and trade contractors. Supports on estimating, budgets, legal matters, claims, administration issues, and outstanding legacy issues.
