Role overview
You will join Ridge’s multidisciplinary London team, providing professional building surveying advice across a range of sectors including commercial, education, residential, healthcare, leisure and public‑sector portfolios. The role focuses on condition surveys, dilapidations, maintenance planning, project management and technical due diligence, supporting clients through ownership, occupation, acquisition and disposal.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out condition, measured and pre‑acquisition building surveys , producing clear, client‑focused reports with defect diagnosis and recommendations.
