Must have computer knowledge
Must have knowledge about building maintenance
Teamwork
Able to work under low supervision
Willing to travel
Have own transport & driving license
Healthy
Working in Penang island area
Work 6 days/week
Responsibility
Responsible to monitor & supervise clerk & technician
Prepare Operation Monthly Report
Control , Maintain & Supervise Building Project, Contractors, Workers at the site
Resolve queries & complaints from residents
Attend Meetings
