Job Summary

The Technical and Building Service Supervisor will oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance and operation of building systems, mechanical equipment, and custodial services at the Cedar Hill Campus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule staff for building systems, mechanical equipment, and custodial services.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and asset‑management programs.
• Support facility operations and special events while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Manage contractor services and oversee building‑maintenance projects.
• Participate in budget planning and ensure minimal disruption to facility programs and services.
• Respond to emergency call‑outs and support varying shift schedules.
