Building Services Manager – Edinburgh

Galliford Try is looking for an experienced Building Services Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. The role involves managing the production of outsourced design, directing the design and installation of services and associated builders work to meet project targets of time, cost and quality.

What you will be doing

• Lead the site team by example, develop a positive health, safety and environment (HSE) culture and be measured monthly on HSE performance.
• Review the safety and quality plan, ensuring compliance with the GT business management system (BMS) and health, safety and environmental (SHE) standards.
• Manage and develop the HSE plan during the construction phase, working with the planning supervisor and project manager.
• Manage all discipline sub‑contractors to produce a detailed contract programme for their respective works, relating to the overall contract programme.
