Position 1: Building Performance AnalystExperience: 3+ Years
Role
- Support architects and developers with evidence-based design decisions.
- Conduct passive solar design studies and environmental performance analysis.
- Develop strategies for energy, water, material, and waste efficiency.
- Assist in green building certification projects.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in EnergyPlus, eQuest, DesignBuilder, IES-VE, Ladybug/Honeybee, and Climate Studio.
- Experience modelling at least 3 commercial or residential projects from concept to completion.
- Exposure to a minimum of 2 Green Building Certification projects. ...
