 Assist with service tenant requests as they are received and dispatched, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant transactions, requests and responses. 
 Assist Senior Building Operator with mechanical rounds and the water treatment program. 
 Cooperate with outside contractors working in the building/s and ensure theyply with building procedures and base building systems, as directed.
