About the Role
What will you do? Carry out and/or Supervise preventative maintenance and regular inspections on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems;
Respond and follow up on tenant service calls such as roof leaks, heating/cooling calls etc. in a safe and professional manner;
Oversee the appearance and safety of the properties;
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions/recommendations;
Oversee contractors and ensure they abide by contract guidelines and project timelines;
Respond to emergency after hours calls as required;
Communicate with Property Management on building and tenant issues regularly;
Maintain maintenance and daily logs of equipment including meter readings;
