About the Role

Responsibilities:

Effectively prioritize and address work orders, handling them autonomously, promptly, and efficiently to consistently enhance overall member experience

Monitor day to day operations including operating building automation systems, including repairs and maintenance of the Club’s HVAC equipment including pumps, motors, fans and variable frequency drives (VFDs)

General building operations and related tasks such as repair/replacement, assembling furniture, basic carpentry, basic plumbing

Maintain boiler water chemistry and ensure optimal boiler operating conditions

Support pool operations including filtration/testing and seasonal groundskeeping tasks such as snow removal

Carry out ongoing, proactive, and scheduled Club maintenance to ensure a safe, reliable, and well-maintained Club environment
