• As a Building Operator , you will support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of downtown Calgary buildings
• Completing preventative and reactive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general systems
• Responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships while ensuring building systems operate efficiently
• Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager
