Overview

Marcon is seeking a hands‑on Building Manager (Live‑In) to support the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and presentation of two residential communities, Dogwood and Hue. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring both properties remain safe, clean, functional, and welcoming for residents.

Responsibilities

This role combines building maintenance, property inspections, vendor coordination, and common‑area upkeep. You will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, identifying deficiencies before they become larger issues, supporting contractors and service providers on‑site, and helping maintain high standards of property appearance and operational readiness.
