Qualifications
- Familiar with the Strata Management Act 2013 and related regulations.
- Experience in Strata management (JMB, MC, owners & tenants)
- Knowledge in building operations (M&E, lift, fire system, CCTV, security, housekeeping, landscape)
- Able to manage operations team, security, technicians, and vendors
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and building maintenance
- Able to handle residents' complaints and problem-solving
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to deal with owners, tenants, contractors, and authorities
