Responsibilities:
Establishing and implementing a program to ensure that all Utility Systems and Equipment operate effectively and efficiently.Handling the inspection and maintenance of the Utility Systems and Equipment.Managing manpower and resources to provide services effectively and efficiently.Monitoring and reporting utility consumptions, system and equipment condition, breakdowns, maintenance cost, and staff performance.Handling the management of tools and instruments inventories.Handling the management of spare parts inventories. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.5-10 years of experience in buildings, hotels, and hospitals.Good command of English, both writing and speaking.Problem-Solving and negotiation skills.
