Building Management Systems Engineer

BMS Honeywell Engineer

Experience 6 to 9 years

Location pune & Mumbai

Hands-on experience with leading BMS platforms like Honeywell EBI/ComfortPoint or Schneider EcoStruxure

2. Strong understanding of HVAC controls and networking fundamentals.

3. Proficient in Building Automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, OPC) combined with IP networking basics, including VLANs, routing, and BACnet/IP MSTP.

4. Expertise in creating system graphics, configuring supervisory platforms, managing trend logs, alarms, and operational schedules.

5. Cybersecurity awareness for OT networks (user roles, patching, backups).

6. Expertise in developing technical documentation (point lists, control narratives, as-built drawings, method statements) and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards

7. Knowledge of ISA best practices.
