Role and Responsibilities

Operations Excellence • Operate and monitor data center facilities at site/region level to ensure 100% uptime • Perform risk identification, mitigation, and corrective/preventive maintenance of critical BMS, FAS, and fire suppression systems (24x7 operations) • Ensure infrastructure availability through continuous monitoring and timely response • Manage BMS-related assets, inventory, and security incidents • Create, track, and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement • Establish performance benchmarks and respond effectively to contingency situations • Support implementation of service methodologies including incident, problem, change, and capacity management • Review AMC and SLA compliance and improve operational procedures to meet service quality and customer SLAs • Support procurement of fa...
