Building Maintenance Supervisor

What You?ll Do

• Supervise and mentor a crew of 5?10 maintenance workers across various commercial sites
• Plan, schedule, and execute installations, maintenance, and repair projects
• Prepare production reports and cost/material estimates
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards
• Offer coaching, performance and guidance recommend promotions, raises, or other personnel actions

What You Bring

• Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent
• 1?2 years of supervisory experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields
• Strong organization, oral communication, leadership, and team-player attitude
• Ability to work under pressure, including occasional overtime
• Comfortable in various on?site environments (outdoor, noisy, at heights, dusty conditions)
