Role Description
This is a full-time stay-in role for a Building Maintenance professional, based in Metro Manila. The role involves performing regular upkeep tasks such as inspecting and repairing building fixtures, monitoring and maintaining mechanical systems, as well as ensuring that the property is clean, safe and operational. Responsibilities also include responding promptly to maintenance requests, addressing plumbing and carpentry issues, and maintaining records of repairs and maintenance activities to ensure the facility runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure the proper condition of the buildings
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
Clean corridors and common areas daily.
Monitor and record Meralco and water meter readings.
Repair and maintain air conditioners, water heaters, microwaves, refrigerators, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
