About the Role
Position Overview
We are adding a Building Estimator to our team. In this role, you will work in with both engineering and construction teams, reviewing, analyzing & interpreting contract documents (specifications, drawings, and reference information) to develop comprehensive cost estimates for various Industrial facilities. You will be involved in assembling estimates with different execution methodologies (Design-bid-build, design/build, EPC) and will create subcontract bid packages for use in obtaining quotes from vendors to support the building construction. Our Industrial estimating team supports a wide variety of facility projects, and have subject matter experts that excel in estimating that want to share their knowledge and help you grow your career.
