You understand how building envelopes actually perform — not just installation steps, but why assemblies fail. You've built high-performance, diagnosed failures, or consulted on envelope details for years.
You can explain to an installer why the flashing sequence matters. Not because code says so — because you can describe where the water goes when they get it wrong.

THE WORK
We build 3-4 story wood-frame multi-unit residential in Nova Scotia ( generally 90 mins within HRM ). Cold, wet climate. Envelope is where buildings fail here.
Spec translation: Review wall assemblies and details. Define exactly how WRB, air barrier, windows, and penetration...
