Responsibilities
- Building Engineer provides management of all facility maintenance activities, consisting of periodic maintenance, repair of equipment, and support for building architectural, HVAC, electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical systems.
- Checks and monitors the physical condition, general upkeep; cleanliness of the building, its surroundings, and its facilities.
- Provides direction and training of new engineers/technicians for familiarization with building operation and maintenance.
- Conducts regular building inspections and prepares reports.
- Ensures facilities are in compliance with company policies, regulations, and building codes.
