- Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- With minimum 2 years experience in preventive maintenance in Residential Property
- With minimum of 2 years in property management
- Willing to work in Manila

Duties
- Supervises and monitors the performance of service contractors.
- Directs the implementation of all technical operations and services.
- Schedules, implements and oversees preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor inventory of materials for repair and maintenance of facility and equipment.
- Assists the MANAGER in ENERCON planning and implementation.
- Monitors and reviews all utility readings of maintenance, provide technical analysis for water and electrical discrepancies and drastic fluctuations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
