Work experience

• At least 2 years work experience as Building Engineer

Job Description

1. Vendor Management

1.1. Setting- up of vendor's SLA and KPI. (e.g., Preventive Maintenance of Elevator, Air-Conditioning System, Fire Pro System, FDAS, etc.)

1.2. Assist the immediate superior in collation, and documentation pertinent to building vendors.

1.3. Assist the immediate superior in monitoring of Building Operations, Security and Housekeeping

1. Technical Operations

2.1. Ensures that building equipment preventive maintenance programs are properly implemented.
