Building Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily building operations and facilities management.
• Perform regular inspections, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Review work permits, gate passes, and tenant compliance.
• Monitor contractors, validate billing and timekeeping.
• Coordinate tenant-related matters with internal departments.
• Ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Perform other duties as assigned while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Qualifications:
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC).
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in property management, facilities, or building engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEPF systems, building equipment, and safety standards.
• Effective leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay or Ortigas.
