Building Engineer

Role Description
Responsible for overseeing the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and building support systems to ensure safe and uninterrupted services. Prepares preventive maintenance schedules, manages technicians' deployment, and coordinates repairs, emergency responses, and special projects. Ensures compliance with safety regulations, permits, and building guidelines, including fit-out and renovation standards. Monitors third-party contractors, utility providers, inventory, and equipment records while recommending cost-saving and energy optimization initiatives. Handles tenant coordination, utility meter readings for billing, fire safety inspections, and serves as Deputy Emergency Marshall when needed..
Qualifications
Proven experience in Property or Facilities Management, preferably in building operations and maintenance.
