Job description

Requirements:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Implements Maintenance regimes/SOP based on SFG20 and compliance to Green building standards
• Monitor and optimize energy and water usage to promote sustainability and cost savings.
• Implement energy conservation measures and integrate renewable energy solutions.
• Provide technical support for building systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them promptly.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure all building systems comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
