About the Role

Our client, a certified appraiser, is seeking a Building Engineer specializing in reserve funds and condominiums to develop a market related to condominium associations. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing reserve fund study reports, developing building maintenance logs, and providing technical support to clients.

Conduct building inspections (residential and multi-residential condominiums);
Produce contingency fund reports in accordance with regulations and standards;
Develop and update building maintenance logs;
Analyze the condition of building components (structure, envelope, mechanical and electrical systems, etc.);
Estimate the useful life of components and replacement costs;
Collaborate in the development of new markets (customer approach, standardization of services, improvement of tools);
Advise condominium associations and answer their technical questions.
