About the Role

As part of the Facilities, Management & Planning team, you will maintain all utilities and associated services. Responsibilities include emergency repairs, routine inspections, and tracking equipment performance. Your role is critical in ensuring all buildings are operational and up to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular maintenance checks on utilities
• Provide emergency repairs for classrooms and labs
• Maintain logs of equipment operations and issues
• Monitor the Building Management System for efficiency
• Assist outside contractors during shifts
