Building Coordinator

Orchid Development operates as a division within the Flowers Group of Companies. It is responsible for managing various rental properties, including Cricket Square, Flowers Apartments, Middle Ground Apartments, Eucalyptus Building, and Orchid Village.

The Building Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Orchid Development maintenance team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all office and building-related activities.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Act as the primary point of contact for building occupants, addressing their concerns and requests
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of tenant spaces, to ensure all is in order
• Inspect common property areas (bathrooms, windows, floors, stairs, grounds) to solve and report any issues to management
• Inspect mechanical rooms, pump rooms, telecom rooms, janitor closets, generators and rooftops to solve and report any issues to management
