About the Role

SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BAS & Network Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in desktop and server environments, network infrastructure, and building automation systems (BAS). You will play a key role in supporting field technicians, maintaining network hardware, and ensuring seamless connectivity across various platforms.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

BAS & Network Support
Provide desktop support for Windows environments (Windows 7 through 11).
Manage and troubleshoot Linux servers, primarily Ubuntu LTS.
Diagnose and resolve IP network issues, including ISP routers, switches, and security appliances.
Maintain and configure routers and firewalls, including Cisco Meraki and Cradlepoint devices.
Support various internet connection types: Cellular, DSL, Cable, Fiber, and Fixed Wireless.
