Building Audit Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct twice a year comprehensive audit in all managed properties. It involves Architecture, Landscaping, and Housekeeping, Realibility of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, Renewal of Permits and Licences and Service Contracts
2. Monitor and closure of Critical, Major and Minor audit findings
3. Reporting of audit findings to the Operations and Business Development Team based on agreed schedule
4. All other related duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
2. At least 1 year working experience in related field
3. Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
4. Knowledegable in Philippine Code Based Requirements
