System One has an opening for a Budget and Cost Analyst. The successful candidate will assist the Government Customer with the management, monitoring, and execution of the organization’s budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Analyzes financial data related to operations, business performance, opportunities, and investments.
+ Supports the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process within the organization by preparing budget Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) submissions and correlating the submissions to the Agency’s strategy and or funding requirements.
+ Conducts analysis of budget artifacts (Advana/Qlik Sense Hub; investment descriptions, categorization of service and agency efforts to investment descriptions, Congressional Budget Justifications, budget baselines, etc.)
