• Maintains and validates master data in TMS (carrier profiles, user profiles, routings, rates, locations etc)
• Maintains business rules between Plant Operations and TCT according to functional requirements
• Provides support for complex and critical operational tasks,
• Act as first line support for TMS users
• Provides training for new users as well refreshment training for the TCC team if needed,
• Participates in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for new TMS features and configurations,
• Validates outcomes and support go-live activities during the rollouts and upgrades,
• Identifies pain points and inefficiencies in TMS workflow and implements relevant process and configuration changes accordingly
• Collaborates with TCC & Plants Operations, IT team, TMS Editors on prioritization and executes enhancements,
