About the Role
BU SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESS & SYSTEMS PROFESSIONAL -
- Maintains and validates master data in TMS (carrier profiles, user profiles, routings, rates, locations etc)
- Maintains business rules between Plant Operations and TCT according to functional requirements
- Provides support for complex and critical operational tasks,
- Act as first line support for TMS users
- Provides training for new users as well refreshment training for the TCC team if needed,
- Participates in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for new TMS features and configurations,
- Validates outcomes and support go-live activities during the rollouts and upgrades,
- Identifies pain points and inefficiencies in TMS workflow and implements relevant process and configuration changes accordingly
- Collaborates with TCC & Plants Operations, IT team, TMS Editors on prioritization and executes enhancements,
