Our Brokerage Controller is a strategic, people-focused leader with a passion for both the big picture and the details. In this role, you’ll oversee the Brokerage Department and help ensure accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strong relationships across the business.

We’re looking for a Brokerage Controller to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia . Our head office houses Tolko’s corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement and Human Resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial accounting experience.
• Team leadership experience supervising and developing high performers .
• Business degree with an accounting specialty .
